Monthly Maintenance Program
Terms & Conditions Agreement

1. Introduction

  • These Terms and Conditions govern the enrollment and participation of the TFA Auto Detailing maintenance program. By enrolling onto the program, clients agree to abide by all of the following Terms and Conditions and acknowledge their obligations, responsibilities and understand of the benefits of the program.

2. Program Eligibility

  • In order to be initially eligible for program enrollment, clients must first have purchased a minimum of a 'Full Valet'  package at the standard rate. 
  • Once the purchase of the initial package is complete, clients gain access to opt into the maintenance program, and in doing so will have access to all of the stated benefits (section 5).
  • Enrolled clients must comply with all program Terms and Conditions to remain enrolled and retain eligibility for ongoing benefits.

3. Maintenance Scheduling & Frequency

  • From the date of the initial package completion, the first maintenance visit must be scheduled and completed within 6 weeks to remain eligible for enrollment.
  • After this first visit, failure to maintain the maximum visit interval (4 weeks) will result in termination of program eligibility, and the client's vehicle must be booked in, again, for a minimum of a 'full valet' package before being eligible to rejoin the program.
  • Clients must complete a minimum of two consecutive maintenance visits to be eligible for any of the program benefits (Section 5).
  • Exceptions to this sections above terms apply, decided solely by TFA Auto Detailing. i.e. Client becomes ill or is away from home for a long period of time, meaning the car will not be driven.

4. Service Pricing

  • As a flat rate, the pricing for each visit on the maintenance program is £50, or £40 for vehicles previously ceramic coated by TFA Auto Detailing, providing that the maximum 'lasting-time' of the coating has not surpassed.
  • Enrollment onto the maintenance program does not make the client exempt to additional costs, however leniency under certain circumstances for additional costs is permitted, as decided by TFA Auto Detailing. 

5. Program Benefits

  • After completing a minimum of two visits on the maintenance program, clients become eligible for the stated %20 discount on all larger packages, as well as discounts on additional services and leniency for additional costs, as decided by TFA Auto Detailing.
  • To retain eligibility for said discounts, clients must continue to meet the scheduling requirements as stated above (section 3).

6. Scheduling & Appointment Policy

  • Visits on the maintenance program must be scheduled in advance, with a minimum of one week's notice given to ensure availability.
  • Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their vehicle is available at the agreed-upon time and location of the scheduled visit.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling of the maintenance visit must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled visit date / time. Frequent failure to comply with this term gives TFA Auto Detailing the right to terminate program eligibility.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment for all services is due at the time of service completion, unless otherwise agreed between the client and TFA Auto Detailing.
  • TFA Auto Detailing accepts payments via cash, card, or approved digital payment methods. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they have the full payment amount available at the time of each visit.
  • Invoices for any payments are available upon request. Outstanding payments must be settled, in full, before any additional services are provided.

8. Program Termination

TFA Auto Detailing reserves the right to terminate a client's enrollment on the maintenance program under any of the following terms:

  • Failure to adhere to the required maximum visit interval (4 weeks)
  • Repeat cancellations or rescheduling without required notice (48 hours from visit date / time)
  • Non-payment or failure to meet the financial obligations as stated above (Section 7).

9. Liability & Personal Responsibilities

  • TFA Auto Detailing is NOT responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle prior to a scheduled visit. Clients are strongly encouraged to remove any personal / private belongings, as well as any valuables before the scheduled visit time
  • TFA Auto Detailing is NOT liable for any pre-existing vehicle conditions, damage, or known issues with the vehicle. Clients are strongly encouraged to notify TFA Auto Detailing of any concerns or special care requirements prior to the maintenance valet or any additional work taking place.
  • In the event of any accidents, damage or loss of items during work being carried out, TFA Auto Detailing will asses the situation on a case-by-case basis and, if applicable, provide due compensation in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

10. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

  • TFA Auto Detailing reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes made will be communicated to all clients prior to their next scheduled maintenance visit.
  • Continued enrollment on the program after any changes made to the Terms & Conditions will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
